Prodos does the operations work
behind onboarding, transfers, and billing.

The problem

The delay isn't one bad system. It's the handoff between all of them.

The data already exists

Your team still carries it between systems, one field and one handoff at a time.

The handoff goes quiet

A signature, exception, or reply gets stuck. No one owns noticing until the client or advisor asks.

The audit trail comes later

When someone asks what happened, your team rebuilds the answer from email, exports, and memory.

Meet Prodos

Open-architecture software for the work between your systems.

Prodos works across the CRM, documents, inbox, custodian tools, and spreadsheets your firm already uses. It carries work between them until there is a completed outcome or a decision your team needs to make.

Why Prodos

The system of completion for work no single tool owns.

Built by people who have automated wealth-management back offices, Prodos brings the power of a coding agent to the people who run them.

Procedure, made executable

Prodos is built around the forms, approvals, exceptions, and handoffs your team already relies on.

The messy middle, handled

It coordinates the work between your CRM, documents, inbox, custodians, and spreadsheets.

Shared operating memory

The process stops living in one operator’s head. Your team sees the current state, next action, and record of how work moved.

Insights

Operating notes from the back office.

I built Prodos after watching operational work turn into forms, status chases, and resubmissions that nobody had time to own. Non-ACAT transfers alone meant forms by hand, signatures chased down, then a NIGO to fix and resubmit.

I'm still in the problem every day, and I write down what I find.

Questions

Your questions,
answered.

What do we have to change or get rid of?
Prodos starts alongside the CRM, custodian, and file storage your team already uses. We map the workflow first, then configure access and approvals around the work you want to hand off.
Will this replace my ops person?
No. It takes repetitive coordination, retyping, chasing, and reconciling off their desk. What remains is the judgment work your team was hired to do.
Does this need my vendors to have an API?
No. An API can help, but it is not the only path. We assess the systems and workflow, then confirm what Prodos can do before launch.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
When source data conflicts or an exception arises, Prodos routes it to a person with the inputs and proposed next step. You define which actions require review.
How is this different to workflow or form builders?
You should not need those at all. You do not map every PDF field or assemble a flowchart. Prodos starts with your real workflow, the systems it touches, and the rules your team already follows. When your firm has a preference, exception, or new instruction, guide Prodos in plain language by voice or chat. Your team stays involved for judgment calls and approvals.
What does my team approve before Prodos acts?
You decide. Prodos can prepare work for review, flag exceptions, and execute the approved steps you authorize.
How does implementation work?
We start with one workflow, map the systems, inputs, approvals, and exception paths, then configure that workflow before expanding.
What does it cost?
Priced per firm, based on the volume of work you hand over. We'll walk through it on the demo using your actual numbers.
Get started

Bring us one
workflow.

In 20 minutes, we'll map the handoffs, identify where work stalls, and show what Prodos could take off your team's desk.

  • Start with one workflow — we build around the tools you already use.
  • Nothing to prepare — bring one recent onboarding, transfer, billing run, or exception.
  • You stay in control — agree on the approvals before Prodos acts.

You will pick a time on the next screen. No sequence, no drip.
